An Outside-the-Church-Walls Volunteer Opportunity

We received this message from the Volunteer Coordinator for the Bethesda Thrift Store:

Bethesda Thrift Shop is looking for volunteers! Our mission to support and uplift individuals with disabilities is over 100 year strong, and churches have been the core of who have made it possible.

Volunteers of all ages are needed to fill our cashier, sorting and general retail positions. Other opportunities include light carpentry, building maintenance and general cleaning tasks. Volunteers may select from daily, weekly or monthly time commitments.

Want to find out more?

Volunteer Open House on April 29 at the store, 2827 S. Business Drive. There will be information sessions at 11 am, 1 pm and 3 pm.

You can contact the store at 920 452-5212 or http://www.BethesdaLutheranCommunities.com

Again, we so appreciate the role our local churches have performed in loving and supporting those who can never repay your kindness.
