High School Youth Group News

THANK YOU

The 16 youth and adults who attended the ELCA Youth Gathering in Houston are so grateful for your support! Because of your generosity, we raised $12,511.68 to go on the trip.  We have decided to donate 10% of that to Lutheran Disaster Response Hurricane Relief to help hurricane victims in Puerto Rico.  On our service day, when we were building book fairs to help with literacy in Houston, we worked with a group of youth from Puerto Rico and heard stories about how they are still struggling after the horrible storm.  Thank you for supporting us so that we can also support them by contributing $1,251 to Lutheran Disaster Response Hurricane Relief in Puerto Rico.
